Job Description
Effective sourcing of supplies and services directly impacts the bottom line. Candidate will be responsible for driving the development of all procurement processes and strategies, meeting and beating targets for cost savings, order fulfillment as well as maintaining a reasonable level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Extensive knowledge of procurement systems
Planning and budget management skills
Project management, negotiation, contract management and interpersonal communication skills
Experience in high tech supplier management and materials management
English communication skill
